COVID Privacy Statement

When you make a booking to come to Mass we request a small amount of private information from you (Family Name, Telephone No, Email Address).

Data privacy laws require that the information collected be the minimum possible to achieve the stated purpose. The information may not be used for any additional purpose. The information must be deleted upon the expiry of its usefulness.

The purpose of advance booking a place at mass is to ensure we do not breach Government Health Guidlines during the COVID-19 pandemic and can manage the very limited space in our small church.

Your information is also recorded to assist the TEST & TRACE process. In the event of a request from the NHS Tracing we will share information regarding who attended the same mass as a COVID-19 positive individual.

Your information will be deleted on a rolling basis within four weeks of your attendance at a booked Mass.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Please ensure you follow the Scottish Government "FACTS" guidance to keep both yourselves and other attendees at mass as safe as possible.
